The driver's side window will not go down?

My driver side window won't do down but the rest of my windows work.

Hi,

If the other windows are working, it's not a power issue. They all get power from the same circuit breaker and relay.

When you try to put it down, do you hear the motor trying to move the glass or is it quiet? If you hear nothing, I need you to do this.

First, I attached the wiring schematic below for the window circuit so that you have a reference.

At the window the motor (driver's side) disconnect the electrical connector. There will be two wires. One is yellow and the other is white with a black tracer.

Take a test light and ground the alligator clip to a known good ground. Take the test light and probe one of the two wires. Toggle the window switch up and down to see if power is present at one of the wires. If there is, then check the opposite wire for power in the opposite direction.
