Power windows not working properly

can jump power from the harness pins to actuate window. Same switch works on passenger setup. So window works when jumped from the harness and the switch works on other side. they just won't work together on driver passenger.

Just to be clear you are taking the driver window switch and testing it on the passenger side? If so, this still could be the issue as this is a multiplex switch. We need to test for power from the switch on each wire when pressing up and down for that window.
