Window stopped working

My rear passenger window will not go up. Can I remove the door panel and manually get it up? I have work tonight, and I cannot leave it down all night. Help!

Sorry, there is not a way you can manually put the window up. It sounds like the regulator is not working. Here is a guide to help you see the steps it takes to replace it and diagrams below so you can see what it is like for your car:
