Window regulators

For what ever reason. The flex regulators in my lancers front doors have gotten bent up. Thus my regulator tape keeps breaking. I don't have a problem with the rear regulators. I haven't had the panels off the rear doors. Yet, no reason, until now. What I want to know is are the rear regulators the same as the front and can I swap the ones in the front for the ones in the rear.
