Window regulator replacement?

Front and rear drivers side windows off track. can hear motor still working but window does not move. Windows had problems at different times meaning they did not go off track at the same time. one came off several months earlier. Front stuck half way up back all the way down. would at least like to get rear window up.

Unfortunately we are going to have to remove the door panel and replace the regulator. Here is a guide for both of these:
