Are the driver side back window motors the same as the drivers?

Hi,

I looked up both front and rear part numbers and they are different. Therefore, chances are you can't switch them. See pic 1 below.

I suspect the driver's front window motor has failed. I don't know if you need them, but pics 2 and 3 are the directions for replacing it.
