Window issue?

2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE
223,000 MILES • 4.0L • 6 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

My overhead display I believe called the EVIC module shows the options but next to all of them has a -:-, my dashboards dim switch does nothing and no lights are displayed in the dashboard, and lasty my windows all 4 simultaneously stopped working at the same time. Any idea as to how I can fix this? It's quite unbearable with heat being as high as it is and no a/c to match it.

I would start by checking fuse #12 in the PDC under the hood.
