which way does the driver side window motor spins?

Hi,

The direction the motor will turn is based on your selection, up or down. How this works is by changing the flow of power or the polarity of power.

On the motor, there are two wires, orange wire with a white tracer and the other is orange with a light green tracer. Based on the position of the window switch, power travels through one or the other causing the motor to operate in the up or down mode.

At the connector, there are two pins. The orange/white wire connects to pin 1 and the orange/light green wire connector connects to pin 2. See pics below.

Orient the motor connector as shown in pic three and then connect the wires as indicated (by color and pin connector).
