I have 70/30 split rear door with windows, rear defrost, and a wiper. The glass completley shattered. How do I take out what's left of the old and replace it with new? Or would it be easier to just replace the door?

The rubber strip, moldings and the seal must be removed or cut out, the area completely cleaned, new seal sealer window. This is best left to a glass guy who knows the routine
