Hi,
The washer pump is powered by the same fuse as the wiper motor. If the wiper motor is working, the fuse isn't the cause.
If you look at the attached picture, I provided the wiring schematic for this vehicle's wiper/washer system. I highlighted the power supply from the switch to the washer motor. If you can get it to work by applying 12v to the pink wire on the pump, then the ground is good and the washer motor is good.
1) Start at that pink wire. See if there is power to it. There could be a connection issue. You will need a helper.
2) If there is no power, then jump to the wiper motor and check for power out to the pink wire. If there is none, continue.
3) Check the brown wire at the motor for power when the washer is actuated. If there is no power, move on to the switch.
4) According to the schematic, the brown wire will be connected to a gray wire at the switch. See if power is there when actuated. If there isn't any, replace the switch.
