How to break wind deflectors?

What's the easiest way to break wind deflectors into pieces? I tried using scissors, but much of it wouldn't cut. The reason why I want to break them into pieces is because the wind deflectors seller wants pictures of them in pieces in order to give my a full refund.

Hello, I'm Danny.

The best tool to use would be tin snips. They are made for cutting sheet metal but will cut through plastic with ease. I've attached a picture below. They are available at any auto parts or home improvement store for about $20.00. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
