Crank no start issue

My vehicle will turn over. I'm getting fire at all plugs, crank sensor, and distributor. I have replaced the ignition cylinder because I lost the key to it. I'm thinking that because of that I'm having a security issue. What can I do to fix this problem?

Is the security light staying on?

Do me a favor. Try this. If the security light is on, turn the key to the run position and allow it to sit for approx 10 minutes. See if the light turns off and the vehicle will start.

If it does, try performing the procedure listed in the attached pic below.
