I washed my engine and after I turned it off it will not start again. Checked coils to see if wet. What can I try? Thank you.

What happens is the water still on the engine turned to steam which can get into the wiring connectors. Here is a wiring diagrams of the engine so we can see which connectors to try first which I would do the MAF sensor and throttle actuator. Allow to dry thoroughly.
