Will not start

Was running bad. Changed out fuel Injector on top of throttle body now will not crank.

Could the engine be hydro locked? I would remove the spark plugs and try to roll it over by hand. Could be full of fuel.

Okay do you hear any noise when you tray and crank it over are the headlight bright? Can you take a quick video of what the car is doing and upload it here. Sorry for the questions just need a little more info.
