Car will not start. Will not turn over to start. Changed fuel filter, new battery, charged battery. Try to start with battery charger. When changing fuel filter, filter had fuel in filter. Still will not start.

Okay,

Does nothing at all?

See my link (my answers):

https://www.2carpros.com/questions/1996-chevrolet-tahoe-wont-start-sounds-dead-battery-jumpbox-get-same-reults

I posted that before this other things came into being.

Many times, my link (the "get in there" motivational parts ) will be your fix.

There are other "modern car" over engineered possibilities too.

I grabbed this: "Repair guides" from the top right side of our site pages.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles

Lets scan through the list, "electrical" to "security", something may aid you in there too (even for future repairs).

I am banking on my first link answers.

Let us know how it goes

Battery charge good. No corrosion or loose cables, wires. Fuses good. What solenoid? EGR? Where is solenoid you are referring to? How do I check it if it is good?

In ancient times, this was called the solenoid or starter solenoid. (nowadays it is often called a "starter relay")

You have a 5.0 Liter? (Not a 4.6)

Do you have a voltmeter or 12 volt test light?

We might be able to narrow down where the issue might be.
