You need to check for spark and fuel. If its start with starting fluid then you will know it has spark but no fuel.

First check the fuel pump relay.
It is located in the main fuse block under the hood (see diagram).

You can also need to check fuel pressure. If you do not have proper pressure the vehicle will not start.
You should have 55-61 PSI of pressure.
