Hi,
Have you checked to see if it is getting fuel and spark to the engine? Chances are one is missing. Take a look through this link first.

What I want you to try is this. See if it starts for a couple seconds and then stalls using starting fluid. If it does, then we know it is a fuel related issue. If it doesn't even try to start, the suspect ignition.
Here are two links showing how to check for ignition spark and fuel pressure. If it fails to start with starting fluid, check for spark next.
