First thing I would check is to see if you have any trouble codes, your truck is OBD2 compatible. Here is a link to our tutorial on retrieving trouble codes:

Depending on the results of your scan next thing I would check is you have power to your injectors. A simple test light will test this just fine since it's battery voltage that powers them. Simply turn the key to run and test the leads going to the injectors. If you have power then the most likely suspect is going to be the crank position sensor, if it doesn't have power I would check the ECU main relay, I have attached a diagram of the relay box and the legend showing which relays are which. The relay box is the one right behind the cab on the driver's side of the truck. I have also attached a diagram of the location of the crank sensor to assist you.
