will not go over thirty mph

Car drives great not shaking or smoking but will not go over thirty mph. gave it a full tune-up (oil,transmission fluid, filters sparks, radiator flush) car feels like it is dragging like it does not have power.

Good morning.

Twothings come to mind.

Low fuel pressure from a fuel pump.

Clogged catalytic converter. You can verify by unbolting the exhaust pipe from the manifold and drive it and see if has any more power. This is more likely the issue.

thank you!! just what i was thinking. just picked up the catalytic converter! oh thank you, never would have thought of the fuel pump. ( i am new not this car fixing thing )
