Will not fire up and cannot here the new fuel pump start

We have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors, plugs and PCM still cannot get truck to fire up.

Use a spark tester to check for a spark at a couple of spark plug wires while attempting to start the engine. If not spark is present, the problem is ignition related.
