First, check to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. Take a look through this link:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/everything-goes-dead-when-engine-is-cranked

Next, I need you to load test the battery. Here is a link that shows how to do it at home:

Do this first and let me know the results.

Take care,
Joe

You are very welcome. Let me know if it starts with the new battery. If it does, I just want to make sure the charging system is working and isn't what caused the old battery to fail.

Take care,
Joe

Excellent!!! Pay attention to the alternator gauge in the vehicle. If it is normal, then things sound good. If it seems low, I want you to perform this simple test and let me know the results.

Let me know if you run into trouble. Also, please feel free to come back any time in the future if you need help or have questions. You are always welcome.

Take care,
Joe
