Will a Silverado transmission fit in a Suburban?

I recently lost 3rd gear in my SUV and I'm trying to find out if this transmission I found will fit so I need to know what other vehicles have the exact transmission that I need I found a 2006 Chevy Silverado 4x4 and needed to know if it fits in my SUV listed above Z71 4x4.

The best way to tell is to count the fluid pan bolts and see if they are the same shape, next check the electrical connector. If they are the same, you are good to go. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
