Will go into reverse but won't go into drive

My rear end started making an awful grinding noise come to find out my gears where messed up and we got them replaced but now it won't go into drive but will go into reverse.

try putting in low gear to see if it moves. if it does then the roller clutch inside trans is shot if not then it may be a trans internal problem.
