Starts about 50 to 75% of the time but always starts if you get it rolling and pop the clutch. It cranks as hard as is it always does when it doesn't start. No other problems no miss nothing.( I've replaced the lock-cylinder, ignition switch, and fuel pump relay. It acts like its just not getting fire to the plugs but I cant check because every time I try to it doesn't start.

The first thing I want you to check is the EEC relay. EEC stands for electronic engine control. If the relay is bad, it will shut both spark and fuel off to the engine and not start. The relay is located under the hood in the relay box. IF I RECALL, it should be on the passenger side inner fender. Locate the EEC relay and switch it with another known good relay from the box that has the same part number. Try that and let me know if it takes care of the problem.
