I got this truck from a guy that let it sit up because it had water in the fuel. Since I've gotten it, I've drained all the water out of the fuel tank, I changed the starter, I've changed the fuel filter, the fuel pump. I can pull my other truck up to the Chevrolet and jump it off to crank it but immediately after it cranks it shuts off. I don't know what else to do.

Hello,

Generally speaking, an engine will need spark, fuel and compression to start.
Have you tried to spray some starter fluid and see if that keeps the engine running a little longer?
If you are able to start it with starter fluid, then the issue is fuel. It is possible to have not adequate pressure and the engine does not stay running because of that. Also, if you still have water in the line, it will not run either.
So, depending on the starter fluid outcome you might have to check the fuel pressure to verify that there is sufficient pressure.
This engine should have 56-62 PSI of fuel pressure, with the key on and engine off.

In adequate fuel pressure can be due to a faulty pressure regulator, clog in the fuel lines etc.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
