Why will the car engine not crank over?

I have a good alternator, good starter, good battery, no wrong codes or so. The battery doesn’t charge while driving. The car won’t start without helpstarter. I found those two red cables that are going to battery lately.

The fact that it won't start without a helper battery tells me the battery is no good, the starter is weak, or the battery cable connections or cables are bad. I would start by cleaning the cables and make sure they are tight.
