I bought a rebuilt carburetor from Napa put it on and the truck cranks, but wont start. The fuel pump works the carburetor is getting fuel the vacuum ports are covered. I do not know what is causing the problem.

Two teaspoons of fuel down the carburetor throat and cranking does what?

Was it running just prior to the new carburetor?

We have spark or not?

I did put fuel in the throat. Yes it was running prior to the new carburetor. I do not know if we have spark. I recently changed the spark plugs.

Did you do them one at a time (hooking the wire back on)

Or did you pull all of the wires off, possibly not putting them back onto the proper spark plug?

Do you know how to check for spark?

If it does not start when priming the carburetor with fuel, you have no spark.
