Why is the car not moving forward and reverse?

Not move forward and reverse.

The first thing you should check is the transmission fluid level. Does the vehicle make a grinding sound when putting it in park? If so, you can have a broken axle. Here is a guide to help check the fluid level, also check the images below.

Also, there is a chance the transmission filter has come undone from the pump. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
