Very low RPM's when idling

RPM's down to 600 from normal rpm 800 or 850 rpm when idle. I have cleaned throttle body but still same low rpm. Please help it's emergency.

Sir, I can't locate any such MAF sensor in my Hyundai i20 1.2 petrol India version.
I can only locate the MAP, TPS and ISCV sensors. Please help.
