Hello,

So, does it blow cool air when the heater is on?
If that is what you are experiencing, then it could be a faulty blend door actuator.
That actuator is what controls the cool and hot air flow mix. It can fail and get stuck in one position.

Take a look at this helpful guide:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-blend-door-motor

I have attached the blend door actuator replacement procedure below for your reference.

Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.

The heater is working fine. When I turn on the fan without A/C nor heating, sometimes it blows cool air. I don't know if that's normal.

Hi,

When you have both the A/C off and the temperature set to cold, you will get cool air. That is normal.

Is that what you needed?

It doesn't feel normal to me. When I turn on the fan without A/C nor heating sometimes blow cool air (slightly warmer than A/C),
sometimes blow room temperature air.

Hi,

The temperature could be changed by the air flow selected. For example, if you pick fresh air vs recirculating. Could that be what you are experiencing?

Let me know.

I don't think so. Fan randomly blows cool air and goes away after few minutes.

Hi,

The only thing I can think of would have to do with the blend air door. It's possible the actuator is failing, and the door is moving a bit.

The blend air door is what determines the air temperature entering the vehicle, hot or cold. You may want to confirm it isn't loose.

It is located under the dash and mounts to the HVAC box. There are three screws that attach it. See pic below.

Let me know.

Take care,

Joe
