why does my car overheat while idoling with the AC on

Only over heats when idols in traffic or parked
also I need to replace the radiator support under my car I have been quoted over a thousand for labor after cost of part ...the price range on the part is 125- 400 dollars ??? totaling repair bill of 1500 plus ?? Is there a way to repair without replacing the whole piece...It s rotted just under the radiator

maybe weld in a piece of sheetmetal of same thickness but yo may have to remove a bunch of stuff and it may be just a good t put anew one in

for overheat check to see that both fans are working it may be a fuse or relay in relay box there are three. could be a bad fan as well or a wiring issue due to you needing the radiator support
