I put new plugs in my vehicle, I got it back in time and it backfires. wires are on right every thing looks good. I want to know what it could be?

What do you mean when you say "got it back in time"? They do not have adjustable timing. The distributor moves only to adjust the crank sensor/cam sensor correlation to zero degrees. If you rotated it to adjust the timing it is possible that the rotor is actually sending spark to the wrong post giving you a backfire.
Do you have a scan tool to adjust the system back to zero degrees?
