Why did my car pop up with this maintenance required?

My car popped up with this. Why could it be? My oil? It has done it before for it but never repeatedly. It flashed like this a few times.

Thanks for the video. this looks like the cluster is going bad. It could be a bad ground or faulty power supply but most of the time the cluster is at fault. I would remove the cluster, and have it checked, you can find a company that does this by searching google or eBay.
