why are my tail lights not working?

I checked my fuses they are all good but when I turn lights the headlights works but my tail lights dose not turn on and all my signals works and the brakes works but I don't know how to fix the tail lights

So your rear running lights are inop with the headlights on?Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?
