My power locks do not work but the power windows do work. When I press the remote button hear a click in dash and the interior lights go on and off, is it a fuse?

The click you are hearing is the relay check to see if door locks are getting power with mileage and age of truck you may have broken wires between door and jamb

Do the locks work if you use any of the switches? If not then the likely issue is either a bad circuit breaker or bad relay. They use circuit breaker A in the fuse panel in the left side of the dash, if you head a click when you push either door switch that breaker is OK. The next thing would be to check the relay behind the dash to see if it is sending power to the doors. A bad connection on the output side will stop all the locks.
