Why am I not getting power to the fuel pump?

1991 GMC TRUCK
100,000 MILES • V8 • AUTOMATIC

This is a new fuel pump and my fuel pump isn't getting any power to it. I have checked the fuses and replaced one relay.
The fuses are good. Thank you

Truck listed above is a Top Kick c7 8 cylinder.

I forgot to mention the fuel controller was replaced .

Good morning,

Did you check for power to the fuel solenoid? Check it with the key in the on position.

Mine is gas and a (TBI) throttle body injection carburetor.

In the picture you attached, you need to verify the solenoid is opening allowing fuel. Check for power to the solenoid with the key on and cranking.
