white smoking sometimes once in week when cold

my car not overheated and sometimes in morning it whites smokes and i check coolent that leaking but i put coolent two weeks before then i check after 2 weeks its empty nearly. whats that problem. driving very good condition.

Those are classic symptoms of a blown head gasket. You can have some chemical testing done to try to confirm that.
