White smoke coming from the tailpipe

Start the car and white smoke came out tailpipe.

Hi,

How long did you see the white smoke, and did it have an odd or sweet smell to it? If so, check the engine coolant to see if it is low. If coolant enters the combustion chamber, it will burn white. Entering the combustion chamber is usually the result of a faulty head gasket.
