White shiny spot on all over the window glass

Please help me figure out what these shiny spots are on all of the glasses and how to get rid of them. Thank you.

Are these marks on the inside or outside? Is it all the windows and was there anything you can think of that may have caused them?

If possible, take a pic of them and upload them for me to see.
