Hello

I have a car suzuki euroswift sedan
engine G13B
VIN TSMMAH35S30892734

engine oil level normal (between high and low)
engine oil consumption : ~400cc each 400Km
water coolant consumption - exists - (hole in radiator)
I see white color exhaust at startup and reduce after engine running
but still suspect color to high
liquid from exhaust with no smell

any idea what is the cause ?

It sounds like you have a blown head gasket, does the white smoke go away after the engine has been heated up to operating temperature?

Here are guides that can help confirm the problem:

and

Thanks for the videos, they help. Please go over these guides and get back to us.
