white blue- ish smoke

when i get onto interstate and punch on the gas to go, a big puff of blue ish white smoke comes from back of rav 4 even if i slow down than push on the gas again it smokes no engine light ,no miss nothing and it doesnt smoke unless i punch on the gas

i just got the vehicle this past saturday from a dealer ship they told me i had to take it to toyota to see whats wrong i am so disappointed

That's a pretty serious issue. It usually means severe internal wear but that would be a shock at that mileage. The engine could also be totally sludged up from lack of oil changes causing oil to collect in the valve cover from plugged up drains. That would also be a very serious problem. You DO need to get a professional diagnosis to determine the actual problem. That doesn't necessarily have to be done by the dealer. There are many capable Independent shops. I would stay away from the chain shops though.

ok thank you they told me the car was very well taken care of only one owner they only drove it to church ,store and home

Oh sure, it was a little old lady and she only drove it on sunny days. I hope you didn't believe a word of it.
