Whistling sound from engine hood

When I drive my car and accelerate it whistles? What is wrong with it. Also on my car when I'm going over slightest on bumps I hear a rattling on left side near wheel. what is wrong with both problems? thanks

It sounds like you have a vacuum leak does it change as you throttle the engine? Lets handle this problem on this thread you will need to make a new question for the rattle. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
