While accelerating RPM is increasing vehicle speed is not increasing

Two warning lights (engine warning and traction) are on, while giving the accelerator RPM reading is increasing but vehicle is speeding slowly only.

Yes, this happens all the time. I would remove the throttle body and clean it. Here is a guide that will help you see how to do the job:
