I have a 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid 2WD that needs the ABS Control Module/Pump. Its Vin start with 1, but I have found a part for hybrids which Vin start with H. I would like to know which should I buy that can communicate with the other parts of the car. Thanks for a fast answer.

My reference shows 2C555 as the part number. We don't have access to a Ford parts catalog.

This part is for a 2008 Ford Escape. Mine is a 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid. Thank you for your help anyway.

Apparently it's for a range of years. You're welcome. Sorry we couldn't be of more assistance.

I appreciate your collaboration, don't worry for the assistance offered. Just answering is a good assistance. I looked in the Ford parts website, and found that the part # is 2C286. However, that doesn't help so much to know it, because with it I can't figure it out if I need a part for starting VINs 1 or H, that is what I need to buy the right used part.

I would say that if no differentiation is made, none is needed.

They are different, because as are used, they are programmed for these computers, and they have to match in order to get the parts communicate between them. Anyway, my mechanic already could fix the part I got originally, so I don't need to buy other one. Thank you and take care of yourself. I see you are Brazilian. I'm Cuban. :-) Good luck!
