which fuse for the OBD2 data port?

Vehicle OBD system is unresponsive. ECU fuse powers OBD system. The fuse is good and everything is working. Which port on the OBD plug is supposed to be hot?

The two brown wires on the connector are ground so I would check those along with the power source. This guide can help you check the power and ground connections. Also, check for power at the OBD fuse 7.5 amp. The blue wire in the connector is power.

Everything checked out okay after cleaning the connector with an electrical cleaner.
