Horn will not stop blowing

Which fuse controls the horn? It will not stop blowing.

if you can reach try smacking with small hammer or hand. you can either pull fuse 18 but it may send power to something else or the horn relay in power dist center under hood. then have it scanned for codes by a mechanic as it may be a body module.
