Where is the PCM located?

On that car it is under the cowl panel grille at the base of the windshield. To get to it you remove the nuts securing the wiper arms and remove them, then remove the screws and clips and lift the cowl grill off. The PCM is under it on the passenger side. However if you are trying to replace it you need a scan tool to do that as you need to pull the configuration information from the current unit in order to transfer that into the new one. Without that data the replacement unit will not recognize the vehicle or the keys.
