The bank 1 sensor 2 is the oxygen sensor just behind the catalytic converter. Here is a guide to help you step by step and the oxygen sensor locations in the images below.

Some Toyotas have 6 cylinders... That means there are two O2 sensors under the car.

Correct, here are the sensor locations for the v6 engine, they are not quite under the car. Check out the images (below).
