Where is the starter located

It clicks but will not turn over. is it a front wheel drive and as well can it be an electrical problem?

Clicks but will not turn over could easily be a low battery or bad battery connection. I would check both of those first. If the battery is good, check the battery terminals for corrosion. This guide can help with the starter location in the diagrams below.

As for the starter motor, it is on the left (drivers) side of the engine toward the transmission end. The v8 the starter is under the intake manifold
