Car goes into limp mode only sometimes when driving. I pull over and turn the car off and back on and fixes the problem. It doesn't matter the temperature or distance I drive. I drove from Arizona to Ohio, and it only happened 2 times the entire trip. I have purchased the part, but I can't figure out where the sensor is located to replace it.

Hi,

Are you looking for a specific oxygen sensor? I'm not familiar with an oxygen control sender sensor.

Let me know what code was retrieved so I can have a better understanding.

If it is just a sensor, here is a link that explains how to replace one. I attached a pic below showing the locations of the sensors in the exhaust system. The different designs are based on what the exhaust system used.

Let me know.
